Bangalore Industrial Technical Consultancy Services Private Limited (bitcon) has supported project promoters, businesses and financial institutions since 2018.
We combine technical, financial and engineering expertise to help promoters develop viable, investment-ready projects and enable lenders to make informed appraisal and financing decisions.
Our services span feasibility studies, project reports, financial planning, design, engineering and execution support. By connecting project planning with the practical demands of implementation, we help clients assess opportunities, strengthen proposals and make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
With a presence in Bengaluru, Belagavi and Mumbai, we serve sectors including manufacturing, renewable energy, agro-processing, hospitality and real estate, tailoring our advisory and engineering services to each project’s requirements.
Project value reflects the projects facilitated, rather than financing raised or disbursed.
What we do
Evaluate technical feasibility, commercial potential and financial viability through TEV studies, feasibility assessments and detailed project reports tailored to the project’s requirements.
Translate project requirements into practical designs and coordinated engineering plans, with attention to functionality, safety, cost, constructability and operational efficiency.
Assess market demand, competitive positioning, operating assumptions and project costs to support investment planning and lender appraisal.
Support promoters with financial structuring, loan syndication and lender coordination, helping them present clear, well-supported financing proposals.
We do not arrange debt on a project where we act as the lender’s independent consultant.
Provide independent technical reviews, construction progress assessments and project monitoring to support lenders’ oversight and disbursement decisions.
Coordinate design, contractors, quality, cost and schedules to help clients manage implementation from planning through project completion.
Assess opportunities in energy efficiency, carbon project pre-feasibility and green buildings to support resource-efficient project development.

Ramesh began his engineering career in 2005 as a draughtsman after graduating in Mechanical Engineering. His experience spans design and drafting, HVAC, energy auditing, green buildings, renewable energy and infrastructure consultancy.
He leads work across techno-economic viability studies, detailed project reports, lender’s independent engineering and project management. His approach combines engineering knowledge, project economics and an understanding of what lenders need to assess.
His sector experience includes infrastructure, hospitality, renewable energy, M-sand, industrial and cluster-based projects. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Dr. B. G. Sheeparamatti joins Bitcon’s Advisory Board, bringing his experience as an author, teacher and researcher in electronics, sensors and engineering education.
