TEV Report Checklist: Documents, Owners & Review Steps

Use this list with your consultant and the intended lender’s terms of reference. Mark an item complete when its supporting evidence has been reviewed. For anything not applicable, record the reason. Completion of this list does not establish project viability or loan approval.

1. Agree the assignment

Turn missing items into an action plan

Maintain a simple log with the missing input, named owner, due date, evidence reference and effect on the assessment. Resolve significant gaps before final issue, or state clearly how they limit the conclusion.
